There are a lot of people who reject the Bible.  They do not reject it because they do not believe what it teaches.  They reject what they think it teaches.

People read an article here, listen to a broadcast there, absorb an opinion from a friend regarding the Bible.  They put together a patchwork-quilt of ideas they have heard expressed from various sources concerning the validity of the Bible.  From this they conclude the Bible is not worth considering as a serious option on which to base their lives.  They reject, not what the Bible teaches, but what they think it teaches.

Don't you think it is time to discover for yourself what the Bible teaches before you cast it on the heap of useless things?
